Watch Greenville grow!

Our agents have over 30 combined years of experience in the Pitt County real estate market. During this time in the industry, we have seen tremendous growth in our community and expect this to continue for the foreseeable future.

We’ve seen extraordinary revitalization in the Uptown district and expect the area to continue to expand as we welcome the first hotel. Construction has begun on the Hilton Garden Inn on Evans Street, near 5 Points Plaza and is expected to finish the Summer of 2023.

Intersect East is an exciting project to renovate and repurpose Greenville’s warehouse district. This new urban hub will be an all-in-one mixed use campus, benefitting ECU, the health community and Greenville’s residents. The $300 million project is expected to be completed in 2023.

These two major projects aim to connect some of Greenville’s economic engines, ECU Health and East Carolina University. Combined, they employ nearly 40,000 people. We look forward to seeing the growth continue!

MONTHLY RHR in the community - SEPTEMBER 2022

Rob Hall Realty had the privilege of sponsoring a team for the annual Birdies, Beer & BBQ Tournament golf tournament hosted by the Young Professionals of Pitt County. Our very own, Elise Karriker, played on the team of four. The super ball tournament was located at the Greenville Country Club on September 17th and involved 20 teams.

Our Young Professionals organization does a great job of regularly gathering young adults in the Greenville area for networking events and professional skill development events. RHR is honored to be amongst the community sponsors for their events.
